The La Siesta Residence is comprised of 2 buildings containing a total of 13 oceanfront units on Simpson Bay Beach. The Penthouse is located at the top of building A, which was completed in late Summer 2007. Guests of La Siesta Residence have exclusive use of the recently completed beachfront pool and outdoor stone shower overlooking Simpson Bay Beach. Private parking is reserved for each unit at the front of the building. The entrance to each building locks automatically, and is equipped with an intercom system and elevator for your safety and convenience.
