3 Bedroom (4 to 8* guests): $500/day $3500/week

2 Bedroom (2 to 4 guests): $400/day $2800/week

April 16 - December 15:

3 Bedroom (4 to 8* guests): $400/day $2800/week

2 Bedroom (2 to 4 guests): $300/day $2100/week

Christmas (December 20 - January 5):

3 Bedroom (4 to 8* guests): $550/day $3850/week

*$25/night surcharge for each guest over 6 total

* 10% Govt. tax/surcharge added to all rates. 25% of rental cost is required as a deposit within 10 days of reservation. Balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.

* The Penthouse @ La Siesta is a non smoking condo. Smoking is permitted on balconies only.

* Minimum age for renters is 23.
