I almost don’t want to review this place because I want to stay here forever and don’t want other people booking the property! The penthouse is spacious, extremely well accommodated, and in a lovely small road which gives you a view of the bay and access to the beach from the swimming pool. It’s very close to the main street and lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The owner was extremely organized, gracious, and very communicative. Five stars all the way.

The condo is AMAZING! I only wish I could wake up to this view every morning. Super comfy beds, terrific amenities and walking distance to the nightlife that our young adults enjoyed. I cannot say enough great things about Shane as a host and the accommodations.

Fantastic stay, my wife and I enjoyed our week at Shane’s place. We felt welcomed, safe and comfortable. Of course the place had sweeping views of the ocean but what stood out to me was the attention to detail. Everything you wanted or needed for the stay was taken care of. The Penthouse was absolutely immaculate and felt like a true luxury getaway. The photos are beautiful, but they still do not fully capture how stunning the space is in person. From the moment we arrived, the penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way and offered the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and tranquility. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking ocean view and ending the night with the soothing sound of the waves was an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere, gorgeous beach access, and inviting pool made our stay feel relaxing and indulgent.
The location was also ideal—close to excellent restaurants and nightlife, all within walking distance. Being situated between the Dutch and French sides made it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy the best of St. Martin. I highly recommend this Penthouse to anyone looking for a beautiful, upscale stay in St. Martin. We would gladly stay here again.

Stunning Views
We loved staying at the penthouse. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The views out of the master bedroom and living room were stunning. We loved watching the kattamarans, yachts, and cruise ships from our covered deck.

Beautiful Accommodations, Beautiful Views, Close to Everything
First time back since 3/16, and couldn’t have chosen a better location. Sharon provided great information from the time of our booking until after checkout. We really appreciated her comments. The bedrooms were very spacious, and as indicated nice views, one with beach views, the other with bay and Mountain View. The condo is well equipped with everything one needs, fridge and cabinets full of condiments one usually has to go shopping for. Simpson Bay Beach is a very nice beach, very swimmable with a couple beach bars/restaurants north, and a new bar/restaurant south, all very walkable. Anyway, we’re ready to book for next year, we just need to wait for the airlines schedules⛱️😁

Best vacation spot ever
